THE GRACE OF THE LORD JESUS PT 2

The same grace that saves us also empowers us to fulfill God's assignment. Paul didn't see ministry merely as personal ability. He recognized the grace of God working through him. Points 1. Grace gives us capacity beyond natural ability 2. Grace gives gifts for ministry — Romans 12:6 3. Grace makes ordinary people effective in kingdom assignments 4. Grace must be consciously activated and exercised 5. The purpose of grace is service, not self-glorification Important emphasis You can introduce the concept of grace consciousness: “I don't have to depend solely on my natural ability. There is a divine enablement working in me.” This naturally connects to your financial theme: just as a believer can become conscious of God's grace for ministry, he can become conscious of God's wisdom, favor, diligence, creativity, and opportunities for kingdom-oriented financial influence. Practical application Ask the congregation: - What has God put in my hands? - What ministry assignment has He given me? - What ability, opportunity, connection, or resource can I deploy for the Gospel? - Am I depending only on myself, or am I conscious of God's grace at work in me? Declaration: “The grace of God is at work in me. I am empowered for kingdom service. I have divine ability, divine wisdom and divine capacity to fulfill God's purpose for my life.” EMPOWERED BY GRACE Grace for Ministry and Kingdom Assignment
